The FDA lists 33 COVID-19 disinfectants. Only hypochlorous acid (HOCl) has zero risk associated with its use. Click HERE to see list.

• The food in your refrigerator has been sprayed with HOCl – beef, chicken, fish, fresh vegetables, and fruit. Baby food, too.
  
• Hypochlorous acid is a powerful oxidant and is 100 times more efficient at killing microbial pathogens than sodium hypochlorite (aka. chlorine bleach).
• Your dentist uses HOCl. A study shows it’s the best mouthwash/gargle. Hospitals use it for treating wounds.
• Your pediatrician, veterinarian…any medical specialist will recommend HOCl as the safest disinfectant for home and business.
• You can use it in a humidifier to safely and continuously disinfect a room, work area, cars, buses, and restaurant tables.
• Doctors recommend HOCl for people with health problems, and to stop using bleach, supermarket disinfectants, and alcohol hand sanitizers.
• FYI… bleach and many disinfectants are toxic to pets and young children. Read the labels and go to Clorox.com and Lysol.com for the hazard warnings.
• You can make a liter of HOCl in 8 minutes with tap water, a bit of salt and vinegar, and the press of a button. Double the potency with another cycle.
• The cost to make it?  Less than 5 cents / GALLON!  $48 / gallon on Amazon. 
• Put it in a mister, fogger, or humidifier, and you’re all set to disinfect for days.
• TABLETS – Tablets produce HOCl as low as $.38 / gallon depending on the strength
  desired. Tablets are only way to get above 1,000 ppm, the high end of medical disinfecting. See my TABLET page for more information. There is a cleaner/disinfectant
  tablet for the first step in the two-step process. NOTE (January 2022): It appears that tablets leave a residue in the solution. 
• Even LYSOL has an HOCl product (difficult to find). Here’s what they say about
  their Daily Cleaner, “It’s made with only three ingredients ― salt, water, and hypochlorous ― and disinfects without leaving any harsh chemical residues behind. It’s
  safe around babies, pets, and food.”  Not so with the typical Lysol products you buy.
• Biofilm is a major health problem. Use HOCl in drinking water, humidifiers, and CPACs. See CNN article HERE.

PARENTS/FUTURE PARENTS, RESTAURANTS, HOTELS – WHY ARE YOU USING RISKY DISINFECTANTS? – Quats (quaternary ammonium compounds) are not safe (especially harmful to children), and are 1/4 as effective as HOCl. Look at your labels! 

“Through further research, Hrubec has linked ADBAC and DDAC exposure to developmental and fertility problems in mice. Separately, other scientists have found quats can exert negative effects on cellular processes.” Click HERE for one of many studies.  

AUTISM SPECTRUM DISORDER STUDY – “A total of 16 studies inspected estimated gestational exposures to toxicants and ASD with all but one (94%) reporting a positive association.”  

AUTISM MAY BE LINKED TO MOTHER’S CHEMICAL EXPOSURE: STUDY –
“Researchers found that mothers of children with autism were 1.5 times more likely to be exposed to workplace solvents compared with mothers of children not on the spectrum.”  

NURSES’ REGULAR USE OF DISINFECTANTS IS ASSOCIATED WITH DEVELOPING COPD: 

“The researchers also looked at exposure to specific disinfectants: glutaraldehyde (a strong disinfectant used for medical instruments), bleach, hydrogen peroxide, alcohol and quaternary ammonium compounds (known as “quats”, mainly used for low-level disinfection of surfaces such as floors and furniture). All of these were associated with an increased risk of COPD of between 24% to 32%.”
